What we take off your plate
Two kinds of client, two sets of obligations. Pick yours.
You have a construction site
You are the beneficiary or the contractor, and the work involves several contractors on the same ground.
You have employees
You are an employer, in any field, with health and safety and fire safety obligations.
From the first call to handover
Coordination is not a signature at the start. There are four moments when something has to exist, each with its own deadline in law.
- BEFORE THE CONTRACT
We look at what the job needs
We look at the design, the estimated duration and how many people will be on site at the same time, then tell you exactly which obligations fall on you. The quote follows from your project, not from a price list.
If the work runs longer than 30 working days with more than 20 workers on site at once, or if the estimated volume exceeds 500 person-days, the site falls under the obligation to file an advance notice with the territorial labour inspectorate.

- BEFORE THE FIRST DAY ON SITE
We draw up the safety plan
The health and safety plan is drawn up during design, not after the machinery has already moved in. The advance notice goes to the territorial labour inspectorate at the same time — at least 30 days before work begins.
Anyone who calls us a week before opening leaves with a realistic deadline, not a promise.

- THROUGHOUT EXECUTION
We are on site, not on the phone
Coordination is not a signature at the start. We check every contractor's own safety plan before they start work, organise cooperation between firms working at the same time, and keep the coordination register up to date.
We come on site at agreed intervals, with a written report each visit. Non-conformities are raised in writing the day we find them, and the plan is updated whenever anything changes in execution.

- AT HANDOVER
We hand over the complete file
At the end of the works we hand over the subsequent-interventions file: what anyone working on the building later will need in order to do it safely.
It is the only document in the whole file that stays live after all of us have left the site.

Sites we have worked on
What people ask before they call
When am I required to have a safety coordinator on site?
Whenever more than one contractor works on the site, even one after the other. The client or the project manager must appoint a health and safety coordinator: one for the design stage and one for execution. It can be the same person.
If a single contractor carries out the work, the coordination duty does not arise — but the occupational safety obligations remain entirely theirs.
How long does the health and safety plan take?
It depends on how complex the job is, but one to two weeks from receiving the design documents is realistic.
What matters more is when you call us. The plan is drawn up during design, and the advance notice goes to the territorial labour inspectorate at least 30 days before work begins. A phone call a week before the site opens cannot recover that deadline.
What happens if an inspection finds the paperwork missing?
A missing health and safety plan, or no appointed coordinator, is a punishable offence, and the inspector can order the works stopped.
The real cost is not the fine. It is the site standing still, with the machinery and the crews on it, until the paperwork is brought up to date.
Can you take over a site that has already started?
Yes, and it happens often. We take the situation as it is, work out what is missing from the file, and tell you from the start what can be recovered and what cannot.
We will not promise that every delay can be covered retroactively — some deadlines, once passed, stay passed. But you will know exactly where you stand.
Do you work outside Bihor county?
Yes. Most of the sites we coordinate are in Oradea and around Bihor, but we have worked in other counties too, including on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Romania.
Travel is agreed up front, in the quote, so nothing unexpected turns up on the invoice.
Have a construction site starting soon?
The safety plan is drawn up before the first day on site. Tell us what you have coming up and we will get back to you with a concrete quote.
