We took part in health and safety coordination on the Cluj-Napoca metro site, alongside representatives from Systra (United Arab Emirates) and Gulermak (Turkey).

Underground infrastructure works of this scale bring safety requirements to match: multiple companies working at the same time, heavy machinery, confined spaces and a workforce that keeps changing. In a setting like this, coordination between employers is not an administrative formality — it is the condition under which people get home safe.
