What data we collect
We only collect the data you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, subject and message. We do not request or require sensitive data through this site.
Why we use it
We use this data for a single purpose: to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial inquiry from you, and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Messages received are kept for as long as needed for our correspondence with you and for any subsequent contractual obligations. We delete them on request, unless a legal obligation to retain them applies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored with our database hosting provider, on servers located in the European Union.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
